    • Custom-Tailored Items: All our abayas are custom-made to order according to the measurements provided by the customer. Therefore, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items.
    • Unboxing Video Required: To process a return or exchange claim, a clear, continuous unboxing video (from opening
      the outer package to inspecting the item) must be sent to our WhatsApp number.
    • Verification: Our team will review the video footage and contact you shortly with the next steps.
